Leadership Graduates in the Community
"The Leadership Program was a great way to learn more about my community and to make new connections. It encouraged me to expand my community involvement and explore new opportunities. The networking events are fun events where I can reconnect with my classmates and meet other like-minded community leaders."
"I was a member of the Leadership Class of 1998 and the introduction to the complexities of the County was invaluable. I knew my community of Foster City, however this experience gave me the education and the confidence to run for City Council and really commit to make a difference. I enjoy the friendships I made and new ones that have formed or been reaffirmed at alumni reunions."
"When I applied to the Leadership program, I thought it would be a good way to learn more about my community. But, it was so much more. I made great friends, got to engage with community leaders and found new ways to be involved. Those relationships and connections have been invaluable as I have expanded my community involvement."
"The Leadership program is a great way to learn more about the community we live and work in. Through the program I met influential people in many fields and have created business relationships that are still going strong five years later."
